What really goes down in the DMs?

“No Guidance,” which has held a peak position at №5 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, highlights the many attributes of a woman/women deemed attractive by both Chris Brown and Drake, who jointly perform this song. This is evidenced by lyrics such as “And your flex OD [over-doing it], and your sex OD” and “You a lil’ hot girl, you a lil’ sweetie.” At several points, both artists note that the attractiveness of this woman/these women also captivates other men. Perhaps the line chiefly highlighting other men’s desires comes from Drake during his first verse, where he sings, “Way they hittin’ you, the DM lookin’ violent.”
